HI FRIENDS!

I’m Sarah and I am so elated that you are here!

I was set on a journey of growth and change after I lost my little brother, my partner in crime, on my 27th birthday in 2015.

After that loss, a mentor of mine told me that she believes we go through the valleys we do in order to become equipped to help others walk through those same valleys.

Her words changed the way I looked at what I was experiencing in my life, and I got passionate about repairing my own heart so that I could share not only my struggles, but also the healing journey I went on with those whom it could benefit.

My hope is that I can share practical tools along with my own stories of overcoming in order to bring value to your journey. That you will find community through vulnerability here at the Fortitude Project. That you will find a friend or two who have walked through the same valley as you. And that you will discover that no matter where your life has taken you, you are worthy and capable of developing extreme fortitude through small everyday choices.

Thank you for being here!
